Mercedes Car Parts

Manufacturer-specification parts means components that meet the original Mercedes-Benz standard, either made by them or approved to the same specification as what your car left the factory with. On a standard service, that typically covers engine oil to the correct Mercedes grade, the oil filter, and all fluid checks and top-ups using the right grades throughout. If any repair work is identified and approved, the same parts standard applies to that work too.

What Parts Are Used in a Mercedes Service?

Every service carried out through the Servicing Stop network uses OEM-approved parts as standard. For a Mercedes, that means components that meet the manufacturer's own specifications, including engine oil to the correct Mercedes-Benz grade and the right oil filter for your model. Using the correct parts matters not just for performance and reliability, but for keeping your warranty intact and your service history clean. You will not find cheap aftermarket substitutes here.

Does a Mercedes Service Include Parts at Servicing Stop?

Your service quote from Servicing Stop is all-in. There are no parts charges added on top afterwards. The price you agree upfront covers everything included in the service, using manufacturer-specification components as standard. If any repair work is identified during the service, that is a separate conversation entirely. You will receive a quote for the repair, and nothing will be done until you have approved it. The same parts standard applies to any repair work that goes ahead. Free collection and delivery is included on every booking, and all completed work comes with a 12-month parts and labour guarantee.
